  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and maintains all original tags and packaging for a successful verification process.

  Package Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel at no extra cost.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
